Hi Les,

Not sure there is anything an affiliate can do to "manage" chargebacks, except to DROP a merchant that appears to have excessive charge-backs.

Certain industries are more prone to chargebacks - especially products with high return rates. Good example SHOES. Can't believe anyone buys shoes online but they do and when they don't fit or are uncomfortable - they get returned.
Other reasons for chargebacks are bad credit cards and fraud orders.
