Yes, I think it looks very exciting!
Most affiliate and ad networks (this is sort of a hybrid of the 2) do screening and have some type of criteria for approving affiliates. They will probably look at your site (or sites) to see if it's a good fit and they do ask how much traffic you get. Go ahead and sign up. I'm not certain how strict they are, but if you have a decent site or blog then you should get approved.
