Hi Renato,
As a first attempt at a site, it's a good job on the design (it's easy on the eyes), but it lacks focus.
There's no clear navigation and the reader can easily get lost in the blocks of content freely floating on the page and there is no clear distinction between those blocks.
For any future designs, consider
what you want people to do when they're at your site. If you want them to read product reviews, then highlight the product review content, or if you want them to click on your AdSense, then do some
AdSense optimization.
I hope that gets some ideas stirring for you.
