Do you have a specific niche or type of product in mind???
There is the IPC which pulls a merchants entire product line or just certain categories into your site template with one line of Java or PHP coding.

JoeBucks, one of our new 5 Star clients offers free sites, with free hosting and/or templates you can use. All their products are in the health and beauty niche.
It sounds like you may be interested in a script that can work with any affiliate program though. Hmmmm not sure, cant think of one. There are lots of datafeed store builder type tools but don't know of any CMS type affiliate tools.
