Qigong is seriously cool (and extremely good for you - there is lots of anecdotal evidence that people throughout the world have 'cured' themselves from terminal diseases through the practice). It's pretty popular amongst the Chinese in Thailand. I've been meaning to get off my lazy *** and actually learn it/practice it myself.
