The site is definitely a lot better than your previous one. The continuity has improved, it's easier on the eyes, there is clear navigation, and best of all -
no distracting sounds or video.
One thing that still jumps out of me is that there is no call to action -
what is it that you want the visitor to do while they are at your website? If the answer is simply to read the content, then please disregard the previous statement.
The only reason I even bring it up is because, the last time I was at your website, I had the distinct impression that you were trying to market a product -- or was I off-base?
Otherwise, great job - much improved.
