Hi Angela,
Linda has a couple great points. For SEO, your page title is useless unless you're deliberately trying to rank for Page 1. Also, large blocks of centered text is difficult to read on a computer, however, I will add a caution to using justified text on a computer. For wide columns, justified text can be just as difficult to read. Your safest bet is simply to align your text to the left.
As for the design itself, I'd suggest revamping your header. Currently, you don't have one and the header text (I assume) is weak. You want it to catch your reader's attention and immediately tell her why she needs to read your page. Instead of leading in with "Angela's story and what happened in the cyber world", consider using one of the supplementary questions below as the headline - i.e. "Are you currently being cyber stalked? Would you know it if you were?" and then lead into your personal story.
The goal of your site is to have people actually read the content. Right now, there is a ton of content on the page, but none of it entices me to read it. (By the way, I'm not saying your content is bad, just how you're directing the people on your site.) People need to be told where to go on your site. That's accomplished with the information and call to actions that you put above the fold.
Now, that banner about mid-way down the page - what is that about? I'm a strong believer in purpose and currently, the banner seems to serve no purpose on the site and is actually distracting. Is it currently a revenue generating banner? If so, you may want to put some padding between the text so people know that it's not actually part of the design.
Finally, your page breaks in Firefox toward the bottom. The text actually continues beyond the content background.
Hope that helps,
~ Teli
