MS AdCenter has a pretty good site that lets you get some demographic stats on Keywords and Sites.

I'm using MS Adcenter PPC now because it's not as restrictive as Google.
MS Adcenter also has a pretty good video tutorial.
I'm working on how to get the link to their help videos so I can post it.
Linda mentioned Jeremy Palmer's videos on MS Adcenter and they are very good.
