Hi Jeff,

Some thoughts:

SEO related
- you might need some optimizations, like tweaking HTML titles to include some keywords that people use when searching. Ok, you have the site name and product name, but for the homepage for example you should add some more.
- searching for stuff with "" E.g. "icases" adds slashes to the search and therefore dont return any results

Site look&feel
You have a nice clean site, but actually the products you are selling are "trendy" - I would expect to have a more trendy, flashy site. (but that's just a personal thing)

Ordering
- personally I get turned down by sites that require to make an account before ordering. I think you implemented registration as a way to record buyers data and advanced stuff, but really in the beginning you should worry about having a very streamlined and easy ordering system. Sure, once you have a nice stream of buyers, it's nice to ask them to register, but I won't put any barriers to sales in the first place.

Usability, thrust and related
- I would add the contact page in the top menu (and not a subpage in the help category). I really want to be sure you're not a "machine" but a real person I could talk to, so I need to find the contact details fast (sure I see your phone number on top, but a physical address is also good to be find fast
- the link "Always safe and secure shopping" doesn't get get me anywhere. So is it safe or not? Need to have some signs of it first.

Hope it helps,
