Norvax, Inc. is a fast-growing online marketing and technology company. We've doubled in size in the past year, and we're looking for eager people who want to grow with us. We need talented individuals who can help create and maintain affiliate relationships across multiple business verticals.

What Do We Need?
As an affiliate manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Recruiting and working with affiliate partners.

• Research and identify new high-volume sites with which to conduct cross-promotional activities

• Launching and managing online marketing campaigns.

• Working with our in-house creative team to produce marketing materials.

• Coordinate and approve affiliate billing to ensure compliance with contracts.

• Tracking results and optimizing campaigns.


Who Are We Looking For?
Our ideal candidate is someone who:

• Has great communication skills

• Has a working knowledge of e-commerce and affiliate marketing

• Has an understanding of HTML and web design principles

• Is able to build and sustain relationships

• Has strong negotiation skills

• Has a high degree of attention to detail

• Excels at verbal/written communication, presentation, and customer service

• Is willing and eager to learn.
