I've added the amazon beta program to my whypark sites also..seems a real excellent system without too much work.
I find that you can add the code to the bottom of the analytics box on the whypark page setup which puts the code in the correct place.
My own whypark experiment seems to be going well also with good revenue from most sites compared to parking.
