* Eric Ewe - Great guy, member of the 5 Star forum, not sure how vocal an advocate he is.
* Revenue Magazine - Great industry resource! Not sure "most vocal advocate" fits.

* Gaiam - Managed by AMWSO, strong program with strong management
* Netflix

Innovative Affiliate of the Year - Don't know any of these, but check out their models.

* Clicks2Customers - I hope Vinny Lingham and team win!

Affiliate's Choice Award - Don't necessarily hear much positive feedback from affiliates on these.
