What I like about Filezilla is that you can set a custom local directory (on your hard disk) and custom remote directory (on your web host account).
Because I do a lot of coaching and consulting, I can manage several specific accounts easily.
For example, a XYZ.com project could have:
local directory default... e:/projects/xyz.com/website
remote directory default...e:/bizexcellerator.com/consulting/xyz/project-files
Just imagine if I have 50 of these up, i save tons of time on switching between local and remote directories.

I sort my blog pictures chronologically and just configuring an blog/images/june/ and blog/images/july and fixing their local counterparts saves me about 1 min every day, and i know i won't upload files to the wrong directory too!
