Certainly Niche sites are where we're seeing the greatest success at this time, and in that area it is a combination of PPC and Organic traffic that is driving the business.
Getting a basic site launched is pretty easy, getting to grips with all the features and custmization takes longer and certainly James is there to help out and speed things along
Yes the help files do need fleshing out a bit too
