Great post by mbumbarova. Very informative to anyone new to article marketing.

To help clear this up for you though John and its not that I am an expert on article marketing because I've only been doing it for a few months, but I can tell you that they bring in sales and website traffic when you least expect it. I'll give you two examples of mine that have and still do.

Chris McNeeney's Day Job Killer was released to the IM world in early Feb. I wrote an article about it and posted it to EzineArticle and GoArticles. In the resource box I had a link to an affiliate sale of a $7 secret script and occasionally out of the blue I will get a sale from the affiliate link.

Another example back in Dec of last year the Nintendo Wii was released for the 2006 Christmas season. I wrote an article about, at the time the only one available, a rechargeable remote for the Wii. To this day that is the most requested page on my website because I put a link to a full review of the rechargeable remote in the resource section of the article.

So in essence what I'm saying is that article posting will bring you both sales and traffic to your website for a long time. They tell me for years, but I can't comment on the truth in that yet.

I just wish I had more time to write more of them. They do work. I can testify to that.
