I don't deal with Clickbank at all - but I know they recently changed the link structure and you should use the new links structure which I think is #1 in your example.
But are you really sure you want to start with CB? Have you read some of the threads here about why thats one of the hardest places to start? And are you really sure you are ready for Adwords?
Also did you know that if other affiliates are advertising for that product using the same keywords only one ad will be shown, so you may have to build a landing page on your own site to send traffic to 1st.
Really think you need to study a bit more about hoplinks, how to test to be sure they track and learn more about Adwords.
