Hope it's okay to post a live link since I only joined yesterday but there is a great new keyword tool called GTrends on WordTracker...
Free GTrends Tool on WordTracker
It works in much the same way as the regular free WordTracker keywords tool but has a link on the right of each suggested keyword (looks like a little graph).
The link gives you the approximate number of Google searches a day by comparing your keyword to a keyword where the daily searches in Google are known.
It also gives you an indication of competition in Google for that particular keyword.
