With it's script it is impossible to spam on these optin list. With exception of the list owner who would not likely want to lose his/her host, or someone who has their email imbedded on their sites.
What is new school?
FFAs, engine submissions, TEs, forums? All are old school. Only the rookie would not know any better. Are we marketing to super-affiliates? Maybe. The best 'big-dog' marketers build lists from safelists. The worst safelists are large optins. Good idea is to join free lists with a 100 list members than those with 10,000+.
