There is more to a site than the content. a spider reads all of the code.

If this were true, every article directory would be penalized by Google and yahoo. but they are not.
As long as credit is given and each site has its own layout, images, javascript ect... They will NEVER get hit for duplicate content.

And if you follow the directions, you will see that the duplicate content theory is exactly that. Nothing but a "Theory"!
Now, If someone buys a plr site. it is an exact replica, file for file, script for script, and image for image. This will get hit for duplicate content.
But re-publishing articles on multiple sites will never get you hit. And it is not frowned upon. If it was, the article directories would have been removed from Google and yahoo's indexes long ago.
Ruters would be out of business, Yahoo news would not be able to publish their news as they are ruters articles. And the same holds for Google News, CNN, FOX. and loads of others. As long as you give author credit, you are ok.
Really, you should take the time to read the link i posted. This is not guesswork, and speculation without proof is just wishfull thinking!.
Look at the proof, try and test and you will see that you are way off base.
I am not asking you to believe me. I am asking you to look at facts. and the facts outweigh speculation, and the "Theory" of duplicate content is pure speculation with no facts or evidence to back it up.
