Sorry, I don't work with LS so not sure about their email response time.
Merchant approvals should only take 48 hours max for well managed programs IMHO. But some programs are launched then left to run on auto-pilot or maybe have someone that wears 5 other marketing hats and doesn't really understand the needs of affiliates very well.
You could try to email the affiliate manager.
