Moniker.com - all the way!
1: Solid as a rock, they are here to stay.
2: Good pricing if you have the special pricing account.
.COM: $7.44

.CO.UK: $6.95
3: Piece of mind - security is top notch - and my domain isn't going to placed under quarantine by Moniker whenever/whoever starts to complain about my site and then subsequently place a ransom fee to get my domain back reinstated...like Godaddy does.
They also treat your domains as assets and not like...domains...unlike Godaddy who pulls
domains away from legitimate domain owners just because they did not get a response via email. (A phone call to get in touch is something they did not learn in customer retention school?)
All in all - i don't like Godaddy because they don't value their customer's assets and people.

Shutdown of Chinese dissidents' sites
In 2007, several websites critical of the human rights abuses in People's Republic of China were shut down by Go Daddy, possibly under the pressure of the PRC government. Go Daddy denied any political involvement in the shutdown.

I have been gradually transferring my domains away from Godaddy and i wouldn't recommend Godaddy to anybody personally.
There is a real dark side about Godaddy that lot's of people are unaware of.
This post is a personal opinion based on Godaddy's mentality towards their customers, based on stories that has come to my attention in main stream news.
