Will also say great post: I'm sure many have been there before, I know I have, the cycle is horrible to go through more than once however as the old saying goes - "What doesn't kill you....". You're probably well versed with what doesn't work, and each time the cycle happens it's expensive schooling yes, but it is that defeat analysis that will bring you back stronger each time.
Never give up, always analyze your core/reset goals/and aim higher each time you fall.
