Welcome to 5 Star. We aren't really into JV's here, BUT some people call
affiliate programs JVs or get the terms mixed up. If you are launching a bonafide affiliate program where you will be paying people a commission to promote your product, then you may post an ad about the affiliate program (not a JV) down in the Merchants Promote your program here section. Just be sure to read all the rules.
But that is not for products in development, the affiliate program needs to be set up, tested and the product must be ready to ship. We don't want our members to waste time promoting anything that isnt ready for prime time - especially this time of year.
If what you really want to do is JV's however, then the Warrior forum
is a much better place for that kind of thing.
