One of the things you can do...is go to
OnlyWire: The Only BookMarklet You'll Ever Need! and sign up. It's a free service that bookmarks a page to 15 different social sites including del.icio.us . You have to work hard once though, because onlywire stores your login info for each of the 15 sites, so you have to sign up for each of them.
But after that, you save a link in your favorites, and each time you update a page...you can bookmark it automatically.
