If network operations is going to contact you, sounds like it could be an issue of them needed to audit for traffic quality or fraud or something. Or maybe a tracking problem??? Only guessing but those are the main reasons I would think that they would have the Head of Network Operations contact a publisher.
They were a client of mine for several months and I helped them with their initial launch. I don't take on clients unless I believe they are high integrity and I have no reason to believe they are not. The 2 people I initially worked with were really good people and pretty high profile - one of them used to be with CJ. Not sure if things have changed since then though.
