I don't know of anyone accept me that specializes exclusively in recruiting. And what I do is unique in that I'm very selective about who I represent and turn away 99.9% of the companies that come to me. I also don't do traditional recruiting but a hybrid of advertising, promotion and PR for select merchants that qualify to be 5 Star programs.
Some of the affiliate management companies do recruiting,
but normally only if you are a client.
There used to be a couple companies that did affiliate recruiting. I never got positive feedback from merchants, only negative and I don't think either company is still around or at lease still offering a recruiting service.
