I have to agree with the first reply. And hopefully add a few more helpful suggestions.
The header is over powering, I think it needs to be smaller.
Also the text kind of runs together, for me its seems like a lot of work to read.
I would use more headlines and highlight/bold important parts so that a person who skims (like me) can quickly scan down the page and get the basics.
I would also add a couple more images down the page.
