Welcome to the 5 Star forums and thanks for starting with some good questions.

I moved this to the PartnerCentric forum - because they manage this program and I try to keep all their program questions in one place.

This is a VERY popular program and from what I know most affiliates are promoting directly to end users, more so than trying to get 2nd tier affiliates, but I'm sure some are doing both. Yes you get paid on web and phone sales.

I will ask Ian Larsen the lead manager on this account who deals with it everyday and knows all the stats to come over and share some more enlightened info with you.

I'm sure he will want to read your comment about: "I know their information on their site has not been updated for a long time." You make a good point that I'm not sure managers think about. With a long standing program like Chat, not matter how well the content is designed, maybe it's a good idea to update or change things around to make it look fresh.
