The other one is Mag money. You get $1.00-$3.75 (sliding scale depending on the number of people you get to sign up in a month) for every person you get to sign up for 1 of 2 free programs. Neither of these sites require websites so you can do a number of things to promote them. Email programs, Paid to Read Programs, Buying advertising web spaces, google adwords, etc.
