No sorry, what I meant is what I thought I said. Join CJ, but don't join any affiliate programs that are in CJ right away. Just use the CJ marketplace for research to start.
The reason I say that is a lot of programs won't approve you until you have a site and you need to do research to find a niche before you can build a site.
