I'm so sorry, between family health emergencies and the NY tax issues I've been fighting, I totally dropped the ball on this.

I did show Michael your questions and talk to him by phone. But next step I was supposed to give him your email so he could discuss with you one-on-one.

One of the issues and also one of the reason for talking to you privately off the board is that their industry is heavily regulated so they have to careful what they do and they are one of the top companies in terms of staying inside the law and are state licensed so extra careful.
