Is it worth chassing after copy patrol and sites that don't link?

I aggree, sometimes its best to walk away. but when it gets to you and its a personal mission. its always nice to say I CAUGHT YOU and send an email to the site.
This relates to sending out to article distribution sites like articlemarketor or isnare. you'll get a ton of sites that are just looking to take the content but strip your links.
should you fight to get your link back? since they are making money on google adsense.
I say that at least your getting traffic to your site that read your good quality article.
Any Comments from the forum? or move on to this old debate?
