Thank you for your input. That article was referring to Real Networks RealPlayer (1999). Since that time Real Networks has upgraded it Real Player. Also, in that same article PC world mentions that Real Networks has changed the way they conduct their business and commends Real Networks for their efforts. PC World has also been quoted as saying that Rhapsody is the "Best buy online music" march 2005.

Just so you know, Share Results doesn't actually promote the Real Player product, but two of the main services from Real Networks - Rhapsody and SuperPass.
