Our new Performance Pays Incentive Plan rewards our Affiliates for increasing their current sales performance. Just boost your sales up one or more “levels” and get paid!

Do you need to have a site made already to join in the contest?

It sounds to me like you need to have joined the DentalPlans program already. Contest rules say you need to give her your CJ PID when you call and to be approved to join the program you may need to have a site.
