With the holiday season quickly approaching, we are getting ready early and wanted to do something fun for our valued Affiliates. We are excited to introduce The DentalPlans.com Fall Photo Frenzy Contest!

Just send us a picture of yourself in your most creative Halloween costume for your chance to win a $500 CASH PRIZE! Get really creative and have fun with it! A specially selected panel of “expert” judges will carefully choose the winning picture based mostly on humor, originality and creativity. Please note that special consideration will be given to Affiliates who incorporate a DentalPlans.com theme into their costumes.
