Happy 3rd Birthday to Us! Forum Anniversary

Today is the 5 Star Affiliate Forum's 3rd Anniversary
(The company is 5 years old, but the forum just launched 3 years ago)

I don't say often enough how very much I appreciate the contribution of every one of our
regular loyal members and especially our senior members who have been with us for so long.
Thank you!!! YOU, the members are what make the 5 Star forum great.

I started this forum 3 years ago after starting and/or modding several other affiliate forums. I launched and moderated the Affiliate forum at WebProWorld, modded Search Engine Watch's Affiliate Forum and had a dedicated forum over at Affiliate Boards as well as others.

5 Star was born at the request of people that wanted a positive and productive place to learn, grow, discuss the important issues and support each other. That's what this forum is all about! Positive solutions and respect for other members is the key to success at the 5 Star Forums. We’ve grown to over 6,500 members based on that philosophy - due to all the great members
that share it!

I also want to recognize all of our 5 Star Merchants and Affiliate Managers, who's sponsorship
makes this forum possible. I am proud to represent each and every one of you.

Last, but not least I'd like to give a very special thank you to my right-hand-man
and amazingly dedicated administrator Larry. I couldn't run this place without you!

I normally bake a cake, throw a party or have a contest or something for our anniversary, but I have some really challenging personal issues right now, and just wasn't able to. No excuse, but I did try.

Larry and I have been working on some forum enhancements we wanted to announce today, but I just could not get everything done in time. We will just release things as we get them finished. Please remember too, that this is YOUR forum. So always feel free to give us your suggestions and let us know what you need so we can try to work them into future enhancements.

So once again, thank you. It's YOU the 5 Star members that make
this forum the dynamic resource that it is. We sincerely appreciate
each and every one of you for your contribution to this community.

You deserve a cake regardless......get your little butt down to the nearest grocery store or convenience type store and grab a yummy. That is an order I'd say a little chocolate cupcake from Tastykake but don't think they're out on the west coast... never had a twinkie before but somebody visiting there often I know talks about em. Girl....ya gotta celebrate somehow even if it's a yodel or somethin. Get some type of yummie today and celebrate ooooh the smilie police are gonna get me (me laughin cos smiley police won't let me put smiley guy in here....nnnnnnh, nnnhh nnnnh smiley guy police...... I got my smiley in anyway ) and I'm gonna have to remove some of these smiley guys, I know it. lol

Whatever them personal problems are....just get em outa your mind at least for today and celebrate this day, it's somethin worth celebrating. You and Larwee have put an awful lotta yourselves into this place, so you both should be feelin really good about that. Every day, but especially today.

Congratulations to both of ya. This is a very nice place to come and am happy I found it. (ok.....had a little help with that and didn't actually find it on my own, but I got here anyway) May you have many, many more years to come.

What you have created is fantastic! I have said this before and I will say it again, this is the best forum on the web, and I will continue to be a member here for the rest of time.

My congratulations to you two for the 3rd year anniversary of 5 star forums. I still remember winning a prize of $100 in the last year's contest.

It just feels like yesterday. You guys have been doing a great job in helping people achieve their dreams. This forum definitely deserves the name "5 star forum" because the passion, and enthusiam you guys help people with is 5 stars.

Larry is indeed "the best" forum mod I've ever come across. It seems to be that Larry never sleeps or something. Whenever you message Larry, within 5 mins - comes the reply.

No question asked by anyone goes unanswered in this forum. I hope to help and learn from the community as much as I can in this forum. My best wishes to you both, and the members of 5 star as well.

Thanks so much everyone. We really appreciate all the good wishes.

I actually had to leave most of the day to help w my 2 year old grand daughter,
(the love of my life!) who is having some scary, very serious health issues.
So even though I hated leaving on a day like today, when something
like this happens - family has to come 1st.

But she's doing OK for now so I'm back at work.
Just can't even tell you how nice it was to come back to everyones wonderful, thoughtful comments!

Ayush, you're right Larry NEVER sleeps, is always here and always responsive.
We're so lucky to have him!
