I didn't know the upgrade was going to reset some member passwords and send an alarming email.
However if you got the email it is because your password was the same as your user name and that's very un-secure and makes it easy for anyone to hack in and use your account.
Here is the email that was sent out, just in case you thought it was a phishing email or something.
