Linda,

in your 404 error page (http://www.5staraffiliateprograms.com/404.shtml)

you have a error in the homepage link - HOME PAGE - MENU TO ALL PAGES

there is an extra l after .com which icauses another error

dont see a forum for this, so posting it here.
