Pay pal accounts are relatively easy to set up and you can transfer money received in your paypal account right to your bank account once you do the verification process. I would also recommend using an email address dedicated solely to your paypal account that you do not use elsewhere for signing up to things, etc. Pay the small fee of $5 or whatever it is for the added Security Key - a token that gives you a new random code each time you switch it on and you have to enter the code along with your password to access your account. The code changes every few seconds so there is no way a bot could hack it.
