September 11, 2001 is a day we will all remember. We were shocked as we watched and listened to the tragic events of that day. Many of us tried to make ourselves believe that it was all just a bad dream. Sadly, it wasn't a dream.
Five years have passed since that day and September 11, 2001 will be remembered today in many ways.
It is possible to watch a complete replay of the CNN television coverage of the events of that day. It will be shown at the same time (in real time) as events happened on September 11, 2001. Memorial services and other special events will be held to remember those who died that day, as well as to honor our country. Live coverage of these events will be available from several television sources.

This video presentation was done one week after September 11, 2001. It was done as a tribute to those killed in the attacks. The singing heard is from a Super Bowl performance. It is Whitney Houston singing The Star Spangled Banner (The National Anthem of the United States of America).
