Just had a look at the site and it's a clean design, the only problem with using a template is that there are a lot of other people with the exact same look for their site.
It may help to have a custom banner created to replace the blue background on the current one. That way, it will make your name stand out as unique though you're not using a logo.
Also, on some pages, I see that your text in centered; centered text on screen that's not roughly the same length is not very user-friendly. A person has a strain little bit more to read it and would recommend left-aligning it.
Finally,
digg and
delicious are social bookmarking services. Digg allows users to submit articles and as other users digg it also, it becomes more popular and drives more traffic. Though trying to break free from it, digg is geared more towards the technology crowd.
Delicious allows users to bookmark a page (kind of like with a browser) and share it with others. As more people bookmarks the page, it becomes more popular.
