I had added an update to my blog but the edit didn't get published. Not sure what I did.
But anyway Rosalind has published several updates on the situation and YES it was AFF that did it. She shares an email from them admitting it. But what's worse from what I am seeing it looks like they purposely targeted ROS site to pop on. Popping on ANYONE's site is bad - popping on your own affiliates is horrible.

In the last blog above Ros explains how you can join Zango at N/C to check and see if your sites are being targeted by anyone. You used to have to worry about Zango and other affiliates. Now as Kelly points out you have to also be careful of SOME merchants!
