I put your application into our "pending folder" because your site is basically a banner farm and doesn't really add a great deal of value to our affiliate program. (Please don't take offense).

It looks like you are in the preliminary stages of buillding a site, and I would propose that you consider writing/adding some content to your website - possibly a strong presell for the software you have listed. One suggestion might be for you to consider reviewing the products you have listed on your site. Maybe a top 10 list, and why? Think about this...Why should I buy Panda's software, Stopzilla's software, or any software you have banners for on your site?
