Congrats grandma! I remember my mother's shock when my older sister had her first. My grandma teased her about becoming a grandmother, so mom pointed out that that made grandma a great-grandmother.
Took care of that bit of teasing.
My son was an unplanned C-section. Went in for a regular appointment, but because I was measuring small they did an ultrasound. Good thing, too - I had only one small pocket of amniotic fluid. They sent me straight to the hospital for monitoring then a C-section.
