In my humble opinion an
Organizer Tool is a must have for anyone who does any kind of online business.
For years, I've been working from notebooks and scraps of paper ... and let me tell you ... what a nightmare that's been.
I realized this year as I looked at an entire bookshelf lined with notebooks full of my website's information, full of my usernames and passwords for all the affiliate programs I've ever joined, full of my eBay information, full of my PPC information, my personal account's information for every website I ever joined or had to join ... you get the idea. It's totally overwhelming!
I think when an entire shelf in your office is dedicated to holding all this information, it's time to go paperless and get organized.
I mean, every time I wanted to find some information I had to stop and remember which of the notebooks it was in, and then flip through the pages to find it.
And yes, at one point all those pages were in alphabetical order. But as years went by, I had too much information and so, I lost my sense of order. And the frustration behind that was what finally what got me off my bottom.
So, I finally bought myself an
Organizer Tool.
I bought the
i-Marketing Organizer because it has the ability to keep track of all my information on my websites, contacts, resources, products, affiliate programs, articles, keywords, domains, directories, ads, search engines, pay per click, subscriptions, notes, project management information, subscriptions, eBay items I sell and buy, etc.
That's a lot huh?!! I thought so.

There's also another
Organizer Tool called
Affiliate Organizer. I didn't buy that one myself because it was mostly focused on the affiliate program organization, and I needed more than that. I know that the fellow who made this one gave a copy to James Martell and Ros Gardner, so they're affiliates for him. James says he uses his and likes it.
Does anyone else use
Affiliate Organizer? I was kind of wondering about a comparison of both
Organizer Tools.
From what I can tell,
i-Marketing Organizer sure offers a lot more in terms of organizing my whole online life, but if you think differently chime in.
For me,
i-Marketing Organizer has been super easy to use ... and that's a big plus because that's what I bought it for ... to make my life easier.
i-Marketing Organizer is priced at $47.
Affiliate Organizer is priced at $67.
Anyhow, I thought this might be an interesting discussion. I try to bring good Tools to the
Affiliate Guild. I think these are both good tools, but I do think that
