More discouraging news on the Advertising tax front. Ahead of the CA budget decision Overstock announced it is canceling it's agreements with all of their CA affiliates.
Overstock also terminates affiliates in the other states that have pending tax legislation. Additionally, many other merchants have also been sending out termination emails.
