We are seeking a proven Affiliate Manager/Media Buyer with a minimum of two years online advertising experience. This is your opportunity to join a market innovator and immediately contribute to the success of our company.

Job Description
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and closing affiliate / publisher business opportunities within a self-identified, targeted list and will carry a sales quota for specific products and market segments;
• Research and advise affiliates on efficient methods for optimizing their revenue.
• Regular communication over the phone and online with affiliates.
• Work with various team members to qualify prospects, promote cross-divisional services, up-sell existing accounts, assist in developing sales and marketing strategies, and remain focused on closing new business.

Qualifications
• Two to five years experience in affiliate management or media buyer role with an online advertising firm or equivalent experience gained as a web-site owner/publisher;
• Knowledge of online advertising pricing models;
• Understanding of CPA, Co-Reg, Lead Generation, Search, and Email Marketing;
• Proven track record with recruiting efforts for affiliate programs/networks
• Self-disciplined;
• Outstanding communication skills;
• Strategic and analytical mindset;
• Proven sales success in a non-traditional media environment;
• BA/BS preferred but not required;
• Positive attitude and team players only!
