We are looking for a rock star Search Affiliate Manager with a solid rolodex of contacts to join our team and help drive maximum results to our premium clients. Primary responsibilities of this position:

-Recruit and manage relationships with affiliates who specialize in Search Engine Optimization & Pay-Per-Click Marketing
-Research and advise affiliates on maximizing their revenue
-Provide weekly metrics on affiliate growth, ROI, and revenue
-Communicate with current affiliates as well as new affiliates on a regular basis in person, on the phone, or through email
-Keep up to date on affiliate marketing trends.
-Work with the executive team on advertisers.
-Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual levels of affiliate recruit volume.

Qualifications:

-2 to 5 years experience in marketing account management
-Proficient knowledge in search marketing.
-Extremely knowledgable with all major affiliate networks (LinkShare, Commission Junction, Azoogle, etc.)
-Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office
-Strong management skills
-Agency and publisher contacts
-Affiliate marketing experience (is a plus)
