Title Of Position: Affiliate Recruitment Manager
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer
Location: New York, NY

Description: We are looking for an ambitious individual to take on an exciting and challenging Affiliate Manager’s position in New York City. This qualified individual will be working closely with the Marketing team to generate brand awareness, develop publisher partnerships and create business impact.

Key Areas of Responsibility
• Research and identify top tier affiliate publishers including content publishers and super affiliates
• Pre-qualify affiliate prospects using a variety of available Internet tools and keen industry expertise
• Develop, maintain, and extend relationships with affiliate partners through community outreach in key industry forums and directories
• Increase brand awareness using various marketing channels such as forums, communities and social networks
• Manage and deploy Seasonal Offer Calendar to support sales as well as be responsible for one off email campaigns to affiliate base
• Be willing and able to pick up various marketing tasks (i.e. blog posts and forum participation) as needed!

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
• Three plus year experience in performance marketing space ideal but not required
• Experience in Affiliate Management ideal but not required
• Basic knowledge of Whois databases, HTML, Microsoft Office, search engine marketing, search engine optimization
• Ambitious, organized, ability to work closely in a team environment where personal and professional goals are achievable
• Ability to prioritize tasks to execute with deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication (phone and email)
• Dedication and pride in one’s work
