Affiliate Manager Needed. People Skills a Must. Desire to Succeed Crucial.

We are looking for a new affiliate and joint venture partner manager to work with our team in our Lake Wylie, South Carolina office.

This an in-house ONLY position. I have put together a fantastic team and we find we work best when collaborating in our office. Please do not ask me if remote, outsourcing or telecomuting is ok. It isn't.

I have a significantly developed brand with a number of top-quality information products, software tools and membership programs relating to Real Estate Investments that are waiting to be introduced to new affiliates/partners or re-introduced to our existing affiliates and joint venture partners.

My existing partner/affiliate list consists of the biggest names in the real estate investment training and Internet marketing industry, so it is essential
that this person be able to work with the top players.

We are looking for an outgoing personality type that already has a solid understanding of the niche and the marketplace, and also one who understands that the greatest value is in the relationship with the affiliate/partner.

If you're good at talking to people, like building relationships, have a history of success in affiliate and joint venture relationships and practices and are comfortable managing multiple projects at once in great detail, we'd like to meet you.

Who Are We looking for?

We need a talented individual who can create and maintain affiliate and joint venture relationships across multiple business verticals to include live events, online affiliate programs, click bank programs or similar, online training ventures such as webinars with cross promotion of other speakers and trainers.

As our Affiliate/Joint Venture Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Recruiting and working with affiliate partners as well as other speakers and trainers within the industry.

• Setup and administer weekly training webinars for our students both promoting other speakers product to our database or promoting our product to other speakers database. This will entail needing knowledge in GoToWebinar setup.

• Research and identify new high-volume sites with which to conduct cross-promotional activities

• Conceiving, launching and managing online marketing campaigns.

• Working with our in-house and outsourced creative teams to produce marketing materials.

• Coordinate, review and approve affiliate billing to ensure compliance with contracts and affiliate program payouts. This responsibility will require
working directly with our customer service and accounting departments to ensure accurate and prompt accounts payable and receivable.

• Tracking results and optimizing campaigns.

• Communicate with current affiliates as well as new affiliates on a regular basis in person, on the phone, or through email.

• Knowledge of online metrics and payment models — CPM, CPA, CPC, CPL

• Great sense of follow-up and follow-through

• Email delivery, Can-Spam Compliance, and light HTML is a plus

• Ability to write engaging emails to entice partners to join us in promotional campaigns, as needed.

• Some experience with writing sales copy is a HUGE Plus!

• Recruit new affiliates and joint venture prospects to join our program.

• Assist new and established participants with any creative and advertising needs they may have.

• Possibly create and send a weekly/monthly newsletter to all affiliates/partners detailing new product offerings and bonus programs to keep them engaged.

• In depth knowledge of the workings of online product launches from beginning to end.

• Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn how to work within our CRM (Infusion) to manage affiliate programs and reporting.

• Participate in industry gatherings such as Affiliate trade shows, summits and networking conferences.

• Work in a team fashion with co-workers for the purpose of coordinating the needs of our customer base with lead flow.


Our ideal candidate is someone who:

• Has great communication skills

• Has in depth knowledge of e-commerce and affiliate marketing

• Has an understanding of HTML and web design principles

• Is able to build and sustain relationships

• Has strong negotiation skills

• Has a high degree of attention to detail

• Excels at verbal/written communication, presentation, and customer service

• Is willing and eager to learn.

• Works well in a loud, team environment.

Question Any ideas??

I noticed that my post has received many views however no comments or interest. Can anyone give me any feedback? This is my first time posting this job anywhere and I'm not even sure if I am in the right place...

Hi lgoins,

Yes this is the right place for an affiliate manager job posting, however it's only been a couple days so maybe people that have the qualifications you are looking for and could be a good match for you have not read the post yet.
